This website prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses.
No person shall collect email addresses from a website using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses without permission from the website operator or administrator. Violating this may lead to imprisonment for up to 1 year or a fine of up to KRW 10 million under Article 74, Paragraph 1(5) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Article 50(2) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Unauthorized collection of email addresses is prohibited.)
- No person shall collect email addresses from a website using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses without permission from the website operator or administrator.
- No person shall sell or distribute collected email addresses in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
- No person shall use an email address for information transmission knowing that it is an email address prohibited from collection, sale, and distribution as stipulated in Paragraphs 1 and 2.
